Service Timeline
Step 1: Fill out a new client intake form via our website. Link below!
Step 2: Once approved as a new client, you'll receive an email to activate your client portal.
Step 3: We'll reach out via the portal to schedule an initial meet & greet with you and your pet(s). During the meeting, we can answer any questions you have and develop a potential service plan.
Step 4: After the meeting, you'll be able to schedule your first set of services with us via the portal! If you have any updates or additional questions throughout the process, let us know- we are happy to help.
